Lifework Leadership is designed specifically for the business professional & organizational leaders. We desire our class to reflect our community and our 800+ Alumni in the South Florida region have benefited from the challenging speakers, thought-provoking discussions and meaningful local connections with other leaders.

Common Characteristics of a Lifework Nominee
  • Has influence and authority in their company/organization (i.e., owners, executive leadership, etc.)
  • Manages direct reports
  • Has a desire to incorporate Christian leadership principles into their workplace
  • Nominated by an Alumni in good standing

Lifework Leadership seeks to limit its classes to proven participants. Participants are men and women who have demonstrated leadership potential, business excellence, and integrity. Selection is based on a candidate’s desire to develop mentally, spiritually and socially. Other important eligibility considerations include their past professional experience, community and church involvement, and a nomination from a faith-based leader.

Participants engage in the following:
  • Participate in the Launch, two days overnight Retreat, Graduation and Monthly 1⁄2 day classes (no more than two classes can be missed to qualify for graduation)
  • Complete monthly reading assignments
  • Participate in between class gatherings (arranged at your convenience)
  • Complete class project
Pricing & Deadlines

Full payment must be completed by the start of class with partial payments due upon acceptance of an application. We take nominations until the class is full of qualified participants and then start a waiting list for those remaining. Applications are processed by a selection team and recommended for acceptance if qualified. Please note that L2 costs about $5300 per person and generous partners who believe in this mission contribute each year to make the program more accessible. Apply by May 31st for the Early Bird Pricing. Applications and any final balances, once accepted, are due by the start of class on the Launch date.

  • Early Bird Price – $3195 for individuals and $5895 for married couples (Expires May 31)
  • Summer Pricing – $3295 for individuals and $6095 for married couples (Expires August 15)
  • Regular Tuition – $3395 for individuals and $6295 for married couples (Activates August 16)
Application Process

Applications are submitted and carefully reviewed by a selection committee on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applicants will be notified of their status once the committee has processed their application.

Class size is limited to 50 in Broward and 30 in Miami. Once capacity is reached, a waiting list is created. 

 * Please note the online application session will time out if left open for extended periods of time. We recommend you type your answers in a document and copy and paste over to the application once you are ready to apply.

Graduation Requirements

In order to graduate and receive recognition as a Lifework Leadership Alumni, a participant must fully participate in the class and complete the below requirements.

  • Participate in the Lifework Leadership Launch, Retreat, and special Graduation
  • Attend a minimum of five of the monthly program days (full participation at all classes is ideal)
  • Complete assigned readings 
  • Engage in monthly social events scheduled at the participant’s availability*
