Graduation Summary
Keynote Speaker, Coach Tom Mullins
Quotes:
“Paul made this bold statement, ‘Come and follow me as I follow Christ.’ That’s what I challenge you to do — live a life so inspired by Christ that you inspire others. Jesus said, ‘Let your light shine before men, so they’ll see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.’ I’ve translated that to: live a life that’s so attractive that people are drawn to you, so you can lead them to Me. Jesus wants us to live that kind of life — a life worth following.”
“My grandfather used to tell me, ‘Tommy, God’s got a calling on your life. No matter what career you pursue, there’s a higher calling that God has on you.’ And I kept living with that sense of destiny — that there’s a calling out there for me. Even when I was coaching — and I loved to coach, I loved to win — I knew that coaching was my platform, not my purpose. Your career may be what you do, but your calling is who you’re becoming and who you're impacting for the Kingdom.”
“I had the privilege to sit with Billy Graham in his home. I came with a long list of questions — I wanted to ask about the kings, the presidents, the revivals — but every time I asked, he turned it back to me. ‘I hear God’s doing great things through your ministry at Christ Fellowship,’ he said. It was never about him. It was about encouraging others. I left his house marked by one thing: true humility. He didn’t just preach the gospel — he lived it by lifting others. That encounter changed me.”

Brad Schmidt’s Commissioning Prayer
God,
We thank You for these leaders You have raised up—for their courage to ask deeper questions, their faith to step into calling, and their willingness to be formed for Your purposes.
You have placed them in this city—not by accident, but by divine appointment. So now, O Lord, we commission them in Your name.
May they seek the peace and prosperity of South Florida—not just in prayer, but through their presence, their decisions, and their sacrifice.
Give them eyes to see their work as worship, their influence as stewardship, and their leadership as a sacred trust.
Surround them with a community that sharpens, encourages, and carries one another in both victory and struggle.
And above all, stir in them a heart that beats with compassion for this city—a heart that sees the image of God in neighbors, colleagues, clients, and even competitors.
Let their businesses be marked by justice, their strategies by wisdom, their homes by grace, and their lives by the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Send them now—not just to lead, but to love.
Not just to build, but to bless.
Not just to succeed, but to serve.
In the strong and loving name of Jesus we pray,
Amen.
